Rally fans, can we talk about Oliver Solberg’s unreal performance at Rally Estonia?! The 23-year-old Swede is back in a Rally1 car (Toyota GR Yaris) for the first time in nearly two years and is absolutely dominating! According to Autosport, he’s leading the pack after the morning loop. Here’s the rundown:

  • Solberg’s Masterclass: Topped two of the four high-speed gravel stages, including a monster 5.3sec win on the Peipsiääre test. He’s 8.5sec ahead of Ott Tänak at mid-leg service. “The car is incredible to drive,” he said, calling it the best he’s ever driven. Is this guy the real deal or what?

  • Tänak’s Fight: The home hero in his Hyundai i20 N grabbed two stage wins but admitted he’s struggling with confidence in the sketchy ruts. Still, he’s only 8.5sec back—game on!

  • Rovanperä’s Puzzle: Kalle Rovanperä, a three-time Estonia winner, sits third, 2.2sec behind Tänak. He’s frustrated, saying he’s “lost” on the hard gravel base. Can the Finn find his groove?

  • Tight Midfield: Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) is just 1.3sec off Rovanperä in fourth, battling car setup issues. Takamoto Katsuta (Toyota) and Elfyn Evans (Toyota) are fifth and sixth, separated by just 0.5sec despite Katsuta’s intercom woes and overshoot.

  • Struggles Further Back: Adrien Fourmaux (Hyundai) is cautious in seventh, 25.6sec off the lead. Sami Pajari (Toyota) is eighth with power issues, while M-Sport’s Josh McErlean and Mārtinš Sesks round out the top 10 after errors. Grégoire Munster (Hyundai) is 11th after brake trouble and a puncture.

What’s your take? Is Solberg’s one-off Rally1 outing a sign he’s ready to dominate WRC? Can Tänak or Rovanperä claw back the gap? And what’s up with the tight midfield battle? Drop your thoughts below—let’s hear your predictions for the rest of Rally Estonia! 🏎️💨
