Magheragall Country Vintage Fair – 24th May 2025
The Magheragall Country Vintage Fair returned this year in full force, bringing together enthusiasts, families, and community members for a spectacular day of nostalgia, engines, and entertainment. Hosted at Magheragall Parish Church, Lisburn, the event ran from 10am to 4pm, drawing large crowds who enjoyed a day packed with variety — all blessed by dry and pleasant weather.
A standout feature of the fair was the extensive display of vintage and classic vehicles. Car lovers were treated to sights and sounds from across the decades, including V8 Mustangs, twin-cam Toyota AE86s, Ford Mondeos, Capris, Fiestas, and charming Morris Minors. In addition to these iconic cars, the field was filled with vintage tractors, steam-powered machinery, and historic military vehicles, offering something for every motoring enthusiast.
The event wasn’t just for gearheads. Families and children had plenty to enjoy with bouncy castles, a climbing wall, a children’s animal corner, and free entertainment throughout the day. Visitors also enjoyed displays from the Ballybogey Flyball Club’s Daisy Dog Team, the Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service, and live music.
One of the day’s highlights was the Andy Perry Stunt Motorcycle Show, which thrilled the audience with impressive jumps and tricks.
There were also exciting demonstrations from the Northern Ireland 4X4 Club and the Lawn Mower Racing Club. A bustling car boot sale and various market stalls offered a fun shopping experience, while a wide range of hot and cold food, ice cream, and refreshments kept everyone well fed.
With great weather, a strong turnout, and a diverse lineup of displays and activities, the 2025 Magheragall Country Vintage Fair was a roaring success — a true celebration of community spirit and vintage culture.
