Join us at Mount Stewart as the Ulster Automobile Club celebrates its 100th anniversary!
Enjoy a day of motoring history and family fun as the UAC hosts its annual car display, the ever-popular Children’s Pedal Car Challenge, and a fascinating exhibition of club memorabilia in the Exhibition Space.
The UAC’s Pedal Car Challenge dates back to the 1930s, when it was held alongside dinner dances to help raise funds for the world-renowned Tourist Trophy Races at Ards—races famously won by MG in 1931, 1933, and 1934. In those early years, the Londonderry family hosted glamorous pre-race parties at Mount Stewart, welcoming many distinguished guests.
Be sure to visit the Ulster Automobile Club stand, where friendly volunteers will be on hand to answer your questions about classic cars and motorsport in Northern Ireland.
Normal admission applies. Free entry for National Trust members
