For **Castlerock**, use the **free parking on the promenade**. Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council lists this as the main parking serving the beach, with boardwalk access from the promenade.

Cars are also permitted on the **eastern portion of Castlerock Beach** throughout the year, but the council warns that wind-blown soft sand can make vehicle access difficult. If you are unsure, leave the car on the promenade rather than driving onto the strand.

Disabled parking and toilets are available on the promenade.

For a general village visit, promenade parking also keeps you within walking distance of the beach and central Castlerock without using narrow residential streets as overflow.
