PureCar Corrections Policy

When a factual error is confirmed in an NI Motoring article, PureCar corrects the existing article at its permanent URL rather than deleting it and publishing a near-identical replacement.

Significant changes

When new information materially changes a story, the article may show an updated timestamp. Small spelling or formatting fixes do not justify presenting a story as newly published.

Source changes

If an official source changes a rule, figure or timetable after publication, the article can be updated to reflect the newer information and its modified time can be changed accordingly.
