🌟 Enthusiastic Review of My Volvo Motability Experience From my very first enquiry about Motability options at Volvo, the experience has been nothing short of excellent. Every step — from checking availability, to visiting the showroom in person, to assessing which vehicle would best suit my needs — was handled with care, clarity, and genuine professionalism. A huge part of this positive experience was thanks to Chris Rogan, Motability Specialist. Chris was welcoming, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. His personable nature is particularly commendable; at every stage I felt respected, listened to, and never rushed, despite the medical considerations that make choosing a vehicle more complex for me. The ordering process, which I had quietly dreaded, turned out to be painless. Chris guided me through everything with patience in abundance and kept communication clear and consistent throughout. He also willingly accommodated my request to view the hand controls prior to the handover date — something that mattered greatly to me. His willingness to help was never in doubt. Chris remained professional from start to finish. Always well presented, always trustworthy, and with excellent product knowledge, he is a real asset to the Volvo sales team. I would wholeheartedly recommend both Chris and Volvo to anyone considering a Motability purchase. And as for the car? I absolutely love it. It’s everything Chris said it would be — and more.

I’ve been here a couple of times this year. I had a major service done in October and was given a courtesy car so I could continue with my day. Jacob and Kris were very helpful and even looked at an issue with the door that I was booked in for in January. I was given a courtesy car for two weeks while the work was carried out under warranty. I also had an alloy wheel refurbished, and the job was top quality. I’m really impressed with the Volvo brand, their service, and their dedication to making their cars last. Agnew Volvo is a wonderful environment. Thanks again to Kris and Jacob — both were very helpful and kind. I highly recommend them both.

After entering into Agnew Volvo Boucher road Belfast. My wife and I asked the receptionist if it would be possible to talk to a sales person about maybe purchasing a car. The showroom was busy but we were offered tea and coffee whilst we waited for someone to speak to. 10 minutes and a sales team member called James asked what we were looking for and we explained he started to show us the Volvo range and explained what we could expect with each car. After selecting the XC40 plus pro dark edition. We decided to go for the white leather interior and the 19" diamond cut allows. We were told that we could expect to receive our new car in about 8 to 12 weeks. The day i collected my car I was given a full demonstration on the functions to operate the display screen and functions. I was also given the Volvo car app for my phone. This is my first mild hybrid car and since I received it I am enjoying the driving it is the quietest car I have driven. You can not feel the car shift through the gears and the 360° camera is a bonus to the car. The only drawback to the car is the boot space it's not as big as some suv's but with the 48v battery in the boot area it is OK if it was another 12" bigger it would be better. Overall it's a 10 out of 10.

The staff were very pleasent and efficient, it was a pleasure dealing with them. Car was booked in for service and needed a new tyre, which was done and completed in record time. Was very impressed. Thank you for assisting and being so efficient. However, to make the experience even better, and a small niggle. Radio station was changed and seats were not placed back in my position, they are memory seats so this wouldnt have taken you long to do. I know this is silly niggles but its the little things that make a difference and to be honest I would expect that from Volvo.

I’m very happy with my 2 year service on 30/04/2026. Checking the car in was smooth and quick. I got a nice video of the under car inspection which put me at ease. Picking up again was smooth and quick, the points on my paperwork and what took place were pointed out to me, very informative. The car was ready for me and was lovely and clean inside and out.
