Omar was brilliant. Friendly and caring, I would highly recommend 👌. Great experience from start to finish. So happy with the car.
Had a great experience from start to finish. The salesperson took his time with me and was really thorough, never rushed, and made sure I understood everything. Couldn’t fault the service. Highly recommend.
A great experience getting my Motability vehicle through Agnew Skoda. Extremely professional and a seamless transmission.
Excellent customer service, from viewing to buying and receiving my car.
No problems really, although I had to book service a bit further in the future than I would have liked. However, on the day the car was taken in a reasonable amount of time following appointment slot; after arriving, I was greeted at reception, details were taken and I was then invited to wait in seated and spacious waiting area - I was also offered refreshments (made by staff and not a vending machine). Likewise I didn't wait too long to speak to service coordinator, who checked my details and took they keys after having given me a time it would likely be completed by. Plus, the diagnostics and necessary service work was actually completed with a complimentary wash and vacuum by the stated time. Staff were all very friendly and competent.
