Booked in on 29/05/26 Disappointed as had asked for full service, and disabled wheelchair lift service , vehicle wash. Having purchased in Scotland from allied mobility and none of these were completed before collection. I have been let down by two motor companies now. On collection, the vehicle lift I was told to take to McElmeel even though I specifically requested this when booking in. I was also advised I need to come back in June 3 days later to have the brake fluid, air and pollen filter changed. Amounting to another £186. I don’t know why this was not completed at the time or I wasn’t even contacted. They were unable to invoice allied mobility directly. I had to pay in full and again wait months on being reimbursed. The impact on my family having to leave my daughters only means of transport is substantial. Requiring further time and trips to have issues rectified and not to even give the vehicle a wash was the cherry on top. Don’t think I will be recommending Agnew VW dealership

Outstanding service from Rhonda Stewart at front of house and the technician David Marks on dealing with myself and sorting the warranty issues on my transporter, nothing was a bother and both dealt with it very well and professionally.

When I arrived at the centre I spoke to a very nice helpful and courteous young lady my van was taken immediately for its service and I was offered a seat and a cup of tea which I accepted and enjoyed, the van was back within the hour ready for another year of motoring, thank you Agnew's..

I have used this company since I've purchased my VW T6, and I must say they treat my van and myself with the utmost of respect. The work is 2nd to none, and very competitive with pricing. They check out my van and point out any potential and future work that may be required to keep my van in tip top condition. I highly recommend them and will always keep using them, as I have confidence in the work is done and to a very high standard, and I can trust that what is done, is really done. I've used garage's in the past, and wouldn't be assured that the work was actually done as I've been charged for. Agnew's in the other hand, definitely do as they say. Took 3 weeks to get Transporter booked in for diagnostics even though van was under warranty and had the VW roadside assistance. Fortunately they located the problem which was a faulty valve and replaced it at the same time. Service guys friendly but overall seem understaffed.
