My wife has purchased a Fiat 500 from this dealership and, unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The vehicle was sold with an oil leak that was later confirmed during inspection. In addition, despite repeated promises, the dealership has failed to provide the customs paperwork required to register the vehicle in the Republic of Ireland. Without this documentation, I cannot legally register the car. I have sent multiple emails over several weeks, but they have largely been ignored. I am now having to consider legal action to resolve issues that should have been dealt with by the dealership. I hope this review encourages the business to address these matters promptly and helps other buyers make an informed decision. Following my previous review, I feel it is important to update others about my experience. After further communication, the company has taken the position that they have no responsibility once the vehicle crosses the border from Northern Ireland into the Republic of Ireland. This is despite the fact that they actively advertise their vehicles on DoneDeal, list their prices in euros, and even provide estimated VRT costs, clearly targeting customers in the Republic of Ireland. When I tried to resolve the issues, the owner only answered the phone after we called from a different number. Once he realised who was calling, he ended the call abruptly by hanging up on us instead of discussing the situation professionally. In my case, I was left without the customs paperwork required to register the vehicle in Ireland, and I have also had to deal with mechanical issues after the purchase. Rather than taking responsibility or helping to resolve these matters, I have experienced delays and a lack of cooperation. If you are buying from the Republic of Ireland, I would strongly advise you to think carefully before purchasing from this dealer. Make sure you receive every required customs and registration document before taking the car, and do not rely on promises that documents will be sent afterwards. I hope this review helps other buyers avoid the difficulties that I have experienced.
