Recently purchased a stunning e92 335D from Automotion NI, Ryans level of honesty and professionalism throughout the sale is not something I have had before from any car dealer over the years and has certainly left me more than willing to consider any car within his inventory in future. Genuinly can not recommend Ryan or Automotion NI highly enough. Thanks again for everything. Dave
I went to view a car at AutomotionNI and whilst there spotted one that Ryan had just got in. He explained that he hadn’t had a chance to look it over properly but that he would fix any issues I found if I wanted to purchase it. After having the car for a few days a couple of problems that hadn’t been immediately apparent arose. I got in touch with Ryan and true to his word, he fixed everything on the list. Ryan really wanted to get things right for me and I can’t imagine that many other dealers would have gone to the same lengths to ensure everything was sorted. Thanks Ryan!
Very unhappy with my experience with Ryan. First problem was car was advertised with full service history but when the car was delivered into England the last 3 years were missing so Ryan said he would send via email when he got home, unfortunately after a couple of weeks of chasing this I was just sent home made invoices. Secondly car was advertised as stage 2 420bhp and DSG mapped to suit but again was false as again when he delivered it he said he would send the proof via email but actually then finding it in the glove box but was only a flash map for stage 1, no figure stated and no DSG mapping. Thirdly he has taken my car off me as PX but again id falsey advertising it. Learnt my lesson of being to trusting with a salesman and Ryan has refused to offer any funds to rectify the problems.
Recently sold my car through Automotion NI and I can’t recommend this place and service enough! Ryan took care of everything from taking photos of the car to pre-sales prep. The attention to detail is next to none. When I’m ready to change, I will certainly be back!
I have bought cars of Ryan and I have also used the service they offer where he sells your car for you and I have to say from start to finish the customer experience is excellent!
