Ballyrobert Vauxhall used cars in Bangor

Excellent service from Chris from test drive to having the car MOTd and ready in about 5 days. Had some problems (turns out user error) when I got it home and Chris came out to the house himself to have a look and advise and offered to have the garage double check it if I drove it back on the same day. Then an unexpected follow up call later in the week to make sure all was still good. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back to Chris for my future car purchases.

I'd recommend Ballyrobert Bangor to a friend because Neil was extremely helpful and informative. He made me feel at ease and was not pushy whatsoever. From I walked in through to handover he went above and beyond. A real credit to this dealership. Thank you Neil for everything you did.

I'd definitely recommend Ballyrobert Bangor because the service is received was great. The original car i had seen was sold on arrival but David was great in showing me alternatives that would fit what I needed. He took time to listen to my needs and show me alternatives online and in person. We went on a test drive and David showed me all the features. David turned what could have been a disappointing trip into a sale and a more than satisfied customer. I will be recommending to anyone needing a car.

Could not recommend. Family run isn’t always a good thing, especially when it impacts objective reasoning. Organisational structure needs an overview and then some customer service skills on the shop floor. Not for me.

I'd suggest Ballyrobert Bangor to a friend because Chris was very helpful in helping me find the right car for me. He explained everything in detail from the type of car he was showing me, to all the paperwork that needed to be filled in afterwards, he even kept me up-to-date with calls/emails during the whole process and after I purchased my car to make sure it was to my liking. Chris even went out of his way to drive the car to my house so I could test drive it, once it was in the dealership.
