Bann Caravans used cars in County Down

I want to share my impressions of the wonderful service. My fiancé and I decided to become part of the big family of caravan adventurers and we came to the right place. Of course we had no idea what to expect, but we received a lot of necessary instructions. I have no words to describe the good and correct service, the time we were given and the answers to my thousands of questions. This gave us confidence and peace of mind for our upcoming trips. I recommend it with both hands to everyone from beginners to advanced.. Thank you with all my heart ❤️

Geoffrey was extremely helpful and professional. We purchased our first caravan from him today. It is absolutely immaculate, we love it. He was very thorough while showing us how everything operated. We would highly recommend him and would definitely return to buy again.

Geoffrey and his team are absolute professionals and very straight. They went above and beyond for us in providing all the information we needed to make the decision on buying a suitable motorhome through them. I couldn't rate Geoff and his team more highly. What you see and what you get is exactly as described. We couldn't be happier with our campervan and the whole experience was a pure joy. I travelled up from Cork to Banbridge and Geoff being the gent he is collected me from the train station. A real and rare 5 star service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Never have I dealt with such an ignorant man. Bought a campervan off Geoff about 3 months ago and since it landed on my doorstep I've had nothing but problems. He's a great guy pre sales (yes he even fooled me) but when you call with an issue after purchasing he'll just say "it was working fine here" or its x amount years old. Obviously I wouldn't be calling him if there wasn't problems and trust me there's plenty. Got a 6 month warranty and he won't even acknowledge that. A pure cowboy and I'll never know how he's been in business so long. Be very aware people. He's just in it to take good earn money of people.

Very positive experience with Geoffrey and all at Bann Caravan. All vans seen were in excellent condition. Was given freedom to view with out any pressure to purchase. Once I had bought my caravan I was given all paperwork, equipment as well as detailed instructions as to the workings of the van (I am a first time van owner). Van was also delivered to me. Very professional operation.
