I recently bought a new car from Gary White, and I can honestly say it was one of the most pleasant and stress-free experiences I’ve ever had when making such a big purchase. From the start, Gary was friendly, professional, and, most importantly, not at all pushy. He gave me the space to look around at my own pace and didn’t try to rush or pressure me into making a decision. What really stood out was that he allowed me to take the car for a test drive on my own, which made a huge difference. It gave me the chance to properly get a feel for the car and decide if it was right for me without any pressure. Gary was there when I needed information or had questions, but otherwise respected my space throughout the process. That level of trust and customer care is rare and made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gary to anyone looking to buy a car. I had a brilliant experience dealing with the BMW sales manager Robbie. He was very friendly and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Communication was great ,he always kept me updated and nothing was ever too much trouble. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Picked up new car after a four month wait to get what I wanted which Bavarian managed with their usual level of communication and efficiency. I test drove a car recently (27/06) and, although I didn't proceed to purchase, I have to say I was very very impressed by Bavarian. The car was immaculate and Simon Hanna was really good to speak to. Courteous and super professional. I loved the personalised video of the car, it just wasn't the one for me.
