Bavarian MINI used cars in Belfast

My recent experience regarding both a brake fluid Service and meeting a sales agent have as always been a pleasure. The professionalism and knowledge of all the sales staff regarding the variety of Mini models is excellent. I have always experienced this over many years. The chief executive of Bavarian is along with his team deserves maximum praise. I pick up my new Chilli Red Mini Countryman early November , automatic and hybrid.

I had a great experience at Bavarian Mini for my recent service. From the moment I stepped into the showroom i was welcomed and attended to. The staff were knowledgeable, professional and exemplary. Molly kept me up to date with everything sending me a video of my service. I trusted her expertise and know I'm on the road in a safe car. I won't go anywhere else for my services.

I recently had the door handle replaced on my car here, and the service was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to deliver a seamless and premium experience. While I waited for the repair, I was looked after with complimentary refreshments, making the short wait incredibly comfortable. To my surprise, when they handed back my keys, I found they had also given the car a full complimentary valet. It looked and felt brand new inside and out. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will definitely be returning for any future maintenance.

Called last week with my wife, to look at the range of mini cars. I had bought one from them previously. Received very well by the receptionist and handed over to the salesman - Gary Glendenning - very personable, knowledgeable and conducted the whole appraisal with patience and good humour. We will return. The cars are great, with something for everyone.

Dropped my car in because of a system warning light. After diagnosis the team identified that the fault was due to an error they had made during the last service. They fully disclosed all of the information and made plans to correct the issue free of charge. Very reassuring to know that a garage can be trusted to do the right thing. Would wholeheartedly recommend the team at Bavarian Mini.
