Braeside Car Sales used cars in Enniskillen

Honestly cannot complement these guys enough. From the initial call to collecting they were so nice and helpful. We thought there was an issue with the plugin at the campsite with the caravan and they were on hand with a video call talking us through everything. Do not hesitate to call or contact the lads at Braeside caravans. Top class service

I would like to advise others to exercise caution when dealing with these caravan dealers. My experience with Adrian and Mark was extremely distressing and prolonged. At the time of purchase, I was given numerous assurances about the quality of the caravan. However, it quickly became apparent that there were multiple issues with it. The most alarming discovery was finding a used pregnancy test inside the caravan, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and overall standards. Due to the extent of the problems, I returned the caravan and allowed them two weeks to complete the necessary repairs. Unfortunately, this timeframe was not respected. Two weeks turned into four, and then extended to two months without resolution. At that stage, I requested a full refund. Securing this was very difficult and required significant persistence on my part. I had to meet in person, where I was met with continued resistance and what I believe were misleading statements. While there is more to the situation, the overall experience was deeply frustrating and time-consuming. After approximately three months, I was eventually able to obtain a refund. I strongly recommend that others proceed with caution when considering doing business with these individuals.

To anyone considering buying a caravan from this business l would suggest you save yourself a lot of hardship from the start they will promise you everything this is just a ply to get you to put down your deposit or to pay in full. When you get the caravan it is usually in poor condition as happened to my son and daughter in law it took many months to eventually get back the money. This organisation is nothing more than a ponzie scheme they have left a lot of people in financial dire straits they know how to play the system and you will be worn down.So please do yourself a favour and go to a reputable dealer for your next caravan.

Please beware of these people. I had alot of heartache with these so call caravan dealers. Adrian and Mark will sell you the world. There was alot of things wrong with the caravan I purchased from them but the last straw was when I found a used pregnancy test in the caravan. I had to bring it back to them because of all the problems with it. I gave them 2 weeks to fix the problems. 4 weeks passed then 2 months. So at this stage I wanted my money back. Well that was a mission in its self. I had to sit in hes office and the coward was still trying to lie to my face. There's alot more to this just can't write it here. Please just beware off these sorry I actually have no words for them. I eventually got my money back after 3 months.

I found a caravan online that was sold when I called I explained what I was looking for and Adrian sorted it out for me in no time. Communication was amazing he updated me constantly and let me know the progress. I was sent photos and videos as I am in Wexford so a bit of a trek up to view I got that much info and photos and videos of everything I knew what I was buying. Paid the deposit over the phone and in a few weeks it was ready. I left early this morning arrived onsite and waited until a member was free explained who I was and was brought in Adrian came out and we had a chat looked over the caravan and we sorted the paperwork. Honestly the best service I have had no time wasting or playing around I love the caravan and can say that without a doubt this has been the easiest purchase I have ever had. Back home in Wexford and the caravan is parked up and ready to go. Thank you to all the staff who I spoke to over the phone or in person today I will be back again soon. Darren Canavan
