Browne & Day - Ford Service Centre used cars in Londonderry

I recently traded my much loved Jag XF in for a Merc coupe. Right from the first communication with Brian, I was made to feel comfortable, valued and appreciated that I was doing business with Browne & Day. After an initial shaky start with a minor unforeseen issue with a rubbing heat plate, this was promptly addressed by Brian, who exercised professionalism and genuine concern. He was pro-active, empathetic, and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. This level of customer service was a testament to his character, and the high standards of Browne & Day. A courtesy car was delivered, my car was lifted, taken back (from Bangor to Claudy!) by a lovely guy Harry, diagnosed and delivered the NEXT day! I recently purchased a 2 ltr focus estate from Brown & Day, and the experience was fantastic. Not many of the same models available across Northern Ireland, Scotland, England, and Wales, and their customer service was top-notch. They always responded promptly and were extremely polite and knowledgeable. Even though arranging delivery to the Highlands of Scotland was challenging, they went above and beyond by coordinating a seamless handover at the ferry. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend.

The knowledge that Browne & Day have is exceptional. My customer experience was with Arlene on my first telephone enquiry and she was very helpful. On my 2nd encounter it was a service arrangement. Molly goes the extra mile to help and all the staff I met were informative and helpful. After the service I even was given a face to face update on my vehicle condition from what I believe was the service manager. I would put Browne and Day as my Go To Ford garage, even though I have others more local.

A great place to purchase a new or used Ford in Northern Ireland. A family run Ford dealership since 1947 with very friendly staff, well worth a visit. New Cost cutters shop and forecourt, plus electric vehicle charging points on site.
