Bunk Campers Sales | Camperco Showroom used cars in Belfast

DREADFUL DELIVERY PRACTICE. Ordered a campervan ladder on a Tuesday evening. Meant to be next day delivery (so expected Thursday). Got FedEx message saying it would arrive Friday - but not delivered. Then a note saying Monday (as they don't do weekends) - nothing arrived. Then said Tuesday - again nothing. Got a note saying it will be Wednesday - but I have given up believing them. FedEx's tracking systems are poor - the online system just keeps telling me 'it is out for delivery'. No means of speaking to a real person who can actually knows anything. I tried calling Camper Co - but no phone number on website. i emailed them two times, but received no reply. Feel like they have taken my money but not delivered the product. This is a poor combination of non-communicative Camperco and a clearly weak FedEx. AVOID AVOID AVOID

What an PRAT (That's me putting it very nicely!!)of a sales man Within 3 minutes I walked away try to sell me a camper 2019 with 80k + miles not much cheaper than 1 with normal mileage. However I walked away with my 40k in my pocket... I mentioned the fact re X hired vehicles high mileage etc I said well raked oh no t reply all as I can say that's why I'm retired at 52 must have done something right + just looking 4 a wee retirement gift! We ALL know hired cars company cars r not treated as if it was yor ownn 2nd nature. I'll leave t readers to decide for themselves...

Hardly any stock here. If you want anything it has to be ordered online.

Disappointing

I’ve got a camper van on the 8th of August to go on holiday with my kids when I arrived. It was the wrong camper that I have paid for the guy told me take it or leave us so I said okay I will just take it and they made me sign all the documents on my phone Before expecting the van win ladder back to my hotel to pick up My Wife it was that dirty it took us three days to clean it. It was full of dog hairs and dirt. When I complained I told him to get an air freshener. Please don’t be fooled by these people are scammers.
