Carmichael Cars used cars in Ballymoney

I recently purchased a Vauxhall Astra from Mark after being recommended by a friend. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured during the buying process. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options clearly, and helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs and budget. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and outstanding customer service. I will definitely return for future purchases. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

Fantastic guys at Carmichael Cars. Unbelievable customer service from Johnny and Stefan. Bought a car off them last year and had a fault out of warranty, took it to them for some advice and they fixed the fault no questions asked and no charge. You won't get that level of customer service anywhere else. I'm a customer for life. Thanks guys.

We recently purchased our second car from Mark at Carmichael Cars for our daughter after a car accident. We couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was top class. Mark was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Our daughter is delighted with her car and we would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and everyone at Carmichael Cars to anyone looking for a quality used car and excellent customer service. Thanks again!

Iv bought 5 cars off these guys the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed and purchasing a car is made dead simple. Also any problems Iv ever had with all the cars (they are used cars after all) have been sorted with zero issues no messing about it you tell them the issue and the problem Is fixed no questions asked. Bought a Qahquai jeep from Carmichaels in February 2026. Stefan was very helpful and made me feel at ease when buying the car. Unfortunately 3 and half months after buying the car, the turbo broke and given the car had just run out of warranty, was going to cost me a fortune. I rang Carmichaels on the off chance to explain situation and they were only too happy to help. No questions asked, car was taken to their garage and the turbo fixed within a week. I was advised that during the mechanical work they had noticed another small issue with the starter and fixed that also - despite the car being approx 1 month out of warranty, they stood ovwr everything. Absolute first class service from the staff at this dealership, very friendly, professional and trustworthy. Will defo buy a car from here again should I ever wish to change.
