Central Garages used cars in Downpatrick

As my second car after passing my test I bought a Mazda 2 off this car sales. After I got the car it did not seem like it had been checked over properly or cleaned as was said to happen before i picked it up. There was still items from the previous owner found in the glovebox and the car was dirty. A day after the cars battery was dead. Not long after the back axel completely collapsed off the car. Very dangerous and scary situation! There was no help after explaining this to them and no sympathy or compensation. I thought I was getting a well looked after car as I was told, but had the very opposite experience. Very bad service and after sales! Would not recommend this car sales at all. 👎🏻

Sold me a van at around £20000, was meant to be serviced for a year and a years warranty. The van was due a service 3 months before I got the van. I recieved the van with car tyres fitted. Was meant to be a years warranty = nothing. When I phoned them they said it did not belong to them any longer. The only time you would believe him is when his mouth isn't moving. Would not recommend from my experience!

Good quality second hand cars but poor after sales service. I got my VW on a Tuesday and my key broke on the Wednesday I went back that same day and was told I would have to pay £70 for a new key. Seemed unfair to me. I wouldnt recommend anyone buy a car here

Used their website to request an appointment to test drive one of their cars. They never contacted me despite their automated email response stating that the sales team would be in touch. A poor way to treat potential customers. I will be buying elsewhere.

Called into the cafe. Jay very friendly and food tasty. Love nipping into the shop during the week for the many deals on offer. Very friendly staff
