I was thinking of changing my car when I was going up to collect my one after it was in for a review (thanks to Gemma for all your help and support in this regard). I spoke to Sam who took me through a few options as to what I could do in terms of a part exchange for a new car. He made me feel totally at ease and explained everything clearly and concisely so that it was an easy decision to make to upgrade. As I was leaving the dealership he said he would keep in contact with me about any car that may become available and gauge my interest in taking that one instead of the one I had ordered. True to his word, he contacted me early in the next week to say there was a car available, same specification but a different colour. I was more than happy to accept that offer and so I took delivery of my car within 1 week of being interested in upgrading! On the day of the handover, Sam was courteous to both me and my wife and we left in our new car with no hassle. Could not recommend Charles Hurst any more highly.

I'd a bit of an issue with a car I bought from a different car dealership and booked it in to Charles Hurst Citroen to get a car diagnostics check. Although it took some time to get the first available appointment, I was very pleased with how the rest of the experience went. Special shout out to Joe who was very helpful and personable.

I highly recommend Charles Hurst Citroën Belfast . I've live in the south of England and contacted numerous Citroën dealers with the view of purchasing a new van. Out of the 10 I contacted Adam at the Belfast branch was the only one to contact me. Dealing with him and his team was very easy but very professional. So I made the decision to fly to Belfast to complete the deal on my new berlingo van. Adam arranged for there driver Gary to pick me up and later drop me back to the airport. On arriving I met Ethan who talked me through the hole process . It was a done deal the moment I walked into the showroom everyone there was amazing. Delivery was arranged from Belfast to Kent and I'm now the proud owner of an amazing new van . Both Adam and Ethan contacted me separately to make sure i had received delivery ok .
