Charles Hurst Kia Belfast used cars in Antrim

This is the third PCH deal I have done with CH Kia Boucher Road. I have, again, had a very positive experience thanks to Mark. While I was familiar with the process Mark made it so easy. He is very well informed and ably answered all my questions to enable me to make a well informed decision. Communication was excellent and I was informed at every stage on the progress. Any issue was sorted quickly. I should also comment on the car! The revamped Kia Stonic is great. It drives beautifully and looks amazing. Thank you Mark and thank you Kia.

I recently bought a brand new Kia Sportage Pure from here. Upon arriving a very cheerful receptionist took me to the waiting area where I had a latte while I waited for my sales consultant. I dealt with John throughout the whole experience and I recommend him to everyone. John is very knowledgeable, friendly and helped me choose the right vehicle for me and mu family. If you want a Kia, ask for John. The personalised video he sent showing me the car prior to our first meeting was amazing and I just felt like he cared and wanted to help. Ask for John!!

I bought a new Sportage from CH KIA just under a year ago. Since then, it has experienced a serious fault on two occasions (the same fault) requiring the car to be kept in by CH for warranty repair. The first instance took two and a half weeks. However a courtesy car was provided with no quibble. The second instance is ongoing and CH have had my car for almost 2 weeks. This time, a courtesy car was explicitly refused. CH blame KIA. To the customer, it should make no difference. This is simply dreadful customer treatment. The purchase from CH KIA in July 2025 was a joy. They have now completely destroyed all my goodwill in KIA and Charles Hurst.

Got a Sportage from Kia six months ago and can't speak highly enough of my dealings to date, from the first class advice from sales department when purchased the car to assistance with recent work done with repairs and service which were completed to high standard in efficient timescale where I was updated regularly on progress. We were so happy with our experience that we returned a few weeks ago when my wife needed a new car & were confident that Kia could provide a car suited to her needs.

My recent visit to Charles Hurst was a perfect experience. The Staff were so helpful First on Booking car for Service on Tuesday 19th And then meeting Katy on Thursday 21st May. Katy was so helpful & friendly & even brought the car to the door for us at end of Service. The Team who serviced the car did an excellent job !!!! Just delighted with the whole Experience...
