Top quality customer service from i walked in the door . Dominic was very helpfull , Ashlea the mobality girl could not do enough for me , the call back to apologise for leaving me to do a handover was very thoughtfull , on saturday my experience with her revealing the car was first class ive never had that experience picking up a new car .. 10/10 to her. Fell coming out of the side entrance yesterday being escorted by Gemma from Toyota service desk, as they only have one parts guy working Saturdays?? Went over on the side of my foot, fell on the floor as i didnt see the drop, and no one warned me to be careful! Renault manager Paul took my details and filled out the online accident book. I am posting this as a warning to others and in the hope Charleshurst will add rails and yellow paint like they have at the front entrance
