Charles Hurst Nissan Newtownards used cars in Newtownards

So far so good cars in at the minute for seat belt issue. But staff always very friendly and helpful very happy i went with this Charles hurst because there's one in Dundonald how they aren't under investigation is beyond me. So if your thinking of getting a car go to this place even just if your looking.

I first visited charles hurst newtownards back at Christmas and was greated by Boyd, i told him the list of things id like in my car and didnt like in a car, i was asked the question "would i consider a mild Hybrid" and off i went for a test drive, i did test drive other vehicles at other places to i figured out what i wanted and after 3 months i returned to be greated by Ryan who was friendly, very helpful if there was something he didnt know he found out my answers, made videos of the cars i had looked at pointing out each car unique extras which i had missed when i was there and sent them to me which i found helpful and was able to look back over them in my own time. I arranged a test drive the next day and at that point chose the car i liked driving best which was different to the one i liked that little bit more the day before and picked it up 2 days later, thank you for all your help :-)

Terrible experience with this dealership. I travelled from dublin to view a car I had seen on auto trader in Belfast. Got to Belfast and they told me the car was in newtownards. Travelled up there to discover that it was a different car. They hadn’t taken the ad down of a car that had been sold 5 days previously. The sales guy never sent me the spec which I requested ahead of the trip. Would have saved myself 5 hrs of useless travelling. Today is May 28th and I still haven’t received a refund of the deposit I paid mid April despite numerous emails. No apology and no one got in touch with me to discuss this disastrous experience or reassure me about the deposit.

A really good experience with Nicole from start to finish. Only down side, which was nothing to do with Nicole, was Charles Hurst give no car mats with a brand new vehicle. This has never happened me before with any car dealership. 5 stars for Nicole but sadly am generous giving one for dealership for they also took £25 from me for fuel they put in the car. Again this was a first ever to happen to me.

A pleasant environment to walk into with staff always around ready to help. I'm very pleased with the new car, on my second journey I was overjoyed to find that the car returned 68.3 mpg.
