Friendly staff and very helpful. Pleasant waiting area, with comfy chairs , coffee, chilled water and TV use whilst waiting for car to be serviced. Thoroughly serviced my car in time agreed and even picked up a slow puncture I hadn't been aware of. Excellent service all around.

A very good experience all round. The car is great. We got a good trade in price and Jonathan, our salesman, really put in a lot of effort to see everything ran smoothly for us, including providing us with car mats. I would definitely recommend buying a car at Charles Hurst.

Did not think this was a very good experience at all.. was asked when I booked my car in for a recall if I wanted to wait as it would only take an hour or so.. I had several tx and a phone call which I missed but did try to ring back shortly after the call but the place was closed and none of the messages said anything about the time I would have to wait.. when I left the car in at 10.30 I was told it would not be ready until after 2pm. At 2.30 a phone call told me it would be after 3pm.. I arrived up at about 3.30pm (as this was the only time I could get a lift up) and was told they had pull someone of another job to finish mine and it was not ready yet. Both times when I arrived at the check in desk I had to wait several minutes as the girl on the desk finished her chat with another member of staff. My car was finished at about 4.30ish and they said if I wanted the car washed that was going to be another 30 mins. I love my car a 2008 but I have found the after care service both times I have been leaves a lot to be desired. I do not ever complain be I was so annoyed by the service I felt I had to write this. I also was talking to another member of public and she had a similar experience to me.. I would recommend my car to anyone but not the after sales..

Amazing friendly dealership. As a motability customer things are sometimes a little more complicated, the two members of staff that I dealt with during my process were just fabulous they went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met

Great customer service,very friendly always make you feel welcomed. The time for servicing is great,they give notice how car service is going and after will ring you to tell you ur car is ready for collection.they also wash you vehicle for you also.Great Job done!
