Outstanding experience from start to finish! We recently purchased a BZ4X from the Toyota dealership on Boucher Road, Belfast, and couldn’t be happier. Barry McConkey (Showroom Manager) and Katie Massey (Sales Executive) were fantastic - friendly, approachable, and incredibly patient (especially with all our questions!). They made sure we got exactly the car we wanted, built to spec, and went the extra mile with a thoughtful, memorable handover for my partner - completely unexpected and very much appreciated. A genuine pleasure to deal with. We’ll definitely be back (once we’ve enjoyed this one first!). We arrived at the Toyota showroom yesterday at 3.15pm for our second visit. The first visit was a couple of weeks ago. It was relatively busy then but no one extended to us the basic courtesy of a seat or a greeting. We wanted to give you a second chance yesterday. We didn't realise you were closed. However, Ben Marsden was closing up for you. Even though he was closing, he spent time with us to establish what we required, and also suggested some alternatives that we were not aware of. Ben's knowledge and, let's face it, basic kindness, is something that would encourage us to do business with you. On our first experience, we would've gone elsewhere.
