Me and my partner wanted to buy a car, I myself am a big motorcycle guy and I own and love Japanese motorcycles/Japanese engineering history because everything is extremely well built and incredibly reliable. My partner asked me what car we should buy, I immediately said anything Japanese. Toyota, Honda, Lexus, Mazda or Nissan. My partner looked at so many dealerships for months and months, so she seen a Toyota Yaris Hybrid Excel 2020 from Charles Hurst Belfast and she fell in love with it. She was so eager to see it and she called Charles Hurst Belfast asking if she can visit for a viewing of a car she likes, a Charles Hurst staff member answered and said absolutely, visit at anytime. We both went down at 4:00pm on a Friday meeting a lovely guy called Ben, we explained the car that we liked but Ben told us that the particular Toyota Yaris Hybrid Excel was in for repairs etc, however he can show us another Toyota Yaris Hybrid Excel same year, same model. Ben had the Toyota outside in 4 minutes and asked us if we wanted to go for a test drive? My partner said OF COURSE. She loved it!!! We then got back and showed our interest but we wanted to see the Toyota Yaris Hybrid Excel we wanted 1st, Ben said yes of course call down on the Monday. Monday we got down to see it and my partner fell in love more with it. However we noticed some tyres were a little worn and a few scrapes were on the paint but that was it car looked like a 7.5 out of 10. We told this to Ben and Ben said he will make sure this is all fixed and buffed out for us. We then spoke about payment etc, Ben took us through all the steps and process that would take place if we wanted it. My partner made it clear that she loved the car but was nervous to pay before it was fixed up a little but made it absolutely clear that he would make sure that Toyota experts would make it perfect for us, we thought it was just Ben being a sales man but we were in for a shock. Ben said if you can pay tomorrow on the Tuesday the car would be ready for pick up on Wednesday. My partner made payment the next day of £14,000 (Tuesday) at 3:00pm sent an E mail confirming she had paid in full, however we didn't get any response for a couple of hours and my partner was panicking but I tried to calm her saying that Charles Hurst are very busy working in the background and there is many moving parts going on which she can't see. The manger then called her at 6:00pm letting her know that the payment was successful and the car will be ready for her on the day promised. Of course we were excited and praying that the car would be in better condition. As I said we were in for a big shock, we arrived to find the car waiting on us covered in a big black silk cloth in the show room. We both met Ben and shook hands, then the manager who was a lovely guy led us to the car which we could not see. He pulled the black silk cloth off revealing the car.....OMG! Our mouths dropped the car was ABSOLUTELY beautiful!!!! It was a 10/10 car, engine looked so tidy and clean. Those marks and little scrapes were totally buffed out and the tyres were all new we both struggled to hold in our happiness and joy, you could see that Ben and the manager were happy for us because they see hundreds of customers each week and you would assume they would be so used to this that it's just another day for them but they made it feel so special. Ben give us Japanese fortune cookies as a little gift and he had a big smile on his face knowing we were overjoyed. Honestly, if you're ever considering buying a car and want to feel secure in a purchase PLEASE I recommend you to buy from Charles Hurst, they were remarkable in how they made that car look and the standard of care was unreal as you won't ever get that treatment from anyone else. This is why I made such a long review, they deserved it. I want to give Ben a big shout out and also all the staff of Charles Hurst Toyota, Kiichiro Toyoda would be proud of you all as he was obsessed in delivering perfection to his customers when he build his first Toyota in 1936.
