But thankfully, I switched to this dealership, and the staff are just amazing—so helpful with any questions I had. The service is great, and I absolutely love the car. Bought a car in April, absolutely brilliant service buying the car but I had to chase for the included charger many phonecalls and email was promised a battery test and software update and now waiting 4 months,I had an appointment cancelled over a week ago and despite promises I've still no appointment booked,not happy with this part of the service 😢

When my brother died quite suddenly, I, as his brother (and executor) was faced with the less than pleasant task of tidying up his affairs. Part of that process was to sell his car and for that we arranged to have the car taken to Charles Hurst Newtownards which seemed appropriate as he had originally bought the car from the Charles Hurst group. As my brother had been physically unable to drive for some time and I live in Scotland we had to have the car transported to Charles Hurst who said they would give us a quote to buy the car. That was over 2 months ago and despite chasing every few days we (the solicitors who are joint executors and me) still haven’t had a quote from them and the car is still sitting with them. When we call we are promised a quote to buy the car but then absolutely nothing happens and we are no further on now than we were when my brother died. We are told the Manager Boyd Howie is the only person who can deal with this but even after we speak with him nothing happens. This is outrageousy bad service from Charles Hurst who should be ashamed of themselves treating people like this who are only trying to sort out a deceased brothers affairs!
