Citroen J.C. Halliday & Sons - Eglinton used cars in Londonderry

Collected my new Citroen this afternoon. Had the pleasure of dealing with Simon who was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble. He made the whole experience straightforward and hassle free. Couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend Simon.... a real asset to the dealership

Visited J.C. Halliday & Sons in Eglinton today to look at a car and left very disappointed — and with a painful bump on my head instead of a car. While trying to look inside the boot, the boot lid suddenly dropped straight onto my head because the boot struts/ramps were not working properly. This is not something you expect from a 2022 car that is up for sale at a dealership. It was quite a shock and left me going home with a very sore head. What’s most disappointing is that these faults should have been checked before the car was advertised for sale. Basic safety and mechanical checks should be carried out properly, especially by a dealership. Overall, not a good experience and very disappointing visit.

My appointment at J.C. Halliday today to have an Airbag replaced went perfectly I was greeted by a lovely young lady sorry I didn't get your name and directed to the waiting area where I enjoyed a coffee and snack It didn't have to wait very long before the engineer arrived back to say my car was ready it only took about 20 minutes Thank you all at J. C. Halliday & Son

To whom it may concern, I recently had to leave my car at J.C. Halliday and sons to undergo an extensive engine repair. This took a considerable amount of time. Edel, one of the receptionists, was so generous with her time and interest to keep me regularly informed on the progress of the work. She was a consummate professional in her approach to customer service and care which greatly alleviated my concerns. She never failed to keep her promise to call me back despite her very busy schedule. A most personable and pleasant lady who is a valuable asset to the company. Kevin O' Donnell.

Ronan went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect car. He patiently answered all my questions, arranged a demo car so I could have a proper test drive, and clearly explained all the financial aspects, making sure I felt completely comfortable and informed every step of the way. The level of transparency and personalised attention I received from Ronan great. I would highly recommend JC Halliday & Sons - Eglinton, and particularly Ronan, to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
