Coach Hill Motors used cars in Bangor

Appalling business ethics and time wasting. agreed with John (owner) to do a clutch replacement for my car, I drove the car to his garage and left there, yesterday early morning. All day I waited without any feedback , I phoned him this morning only to tell me to come and lift the car.......he never started the job !!!! Unreliable, unethical business conduct. Stay far clear from this business.

Well today we had the pleasure to visit Coach Hill Motors, to have Brake Discs , pads and calibre Replaced. We are extremely pleased with competitive Price and efficient Service.Thank You so much.Peter and Jean Wilson

Always helpful, efficient and well priced ,very good.

Arranged to see a car the next day with the intention of buying if in good quality. Was not told a specific time needed to be arranged, just told to call up and take it for a test drive. Went out of my way to organise childcare for my baby and working hours to call up to be told I could not drive the car nor buy the car as someone had called AFTER me to arrange to see it an hour after I had arrived. Not too sure if they were snobby and did not like the look of me (messy mum just of the school run) or if there's Very poor communication between staff but car got sold to that person. what a massive waste of my time and effort!

Fantastic service, can not recommend highly enough. Bought my car here 5 years ago & love it. The people were extremely helpful, professional & friendly then as they are now
