We recently bought a Renault Clio for my daughter. The customer experience from start to finish was first class. James was very helpful and informative from the first day we test drove the car until we collected it. The car was immaculate when we collected and my daughter was delighted with her first car. I cannot recommend the guys in Coleraine Trade Sales highly enough, and will certainly buy from them again in the future.
Just got my new (to me) car today from CTS. From start to finish James, Tony and Rhonda were absolutely fantastic. I'd never got a car from a trader before and they made the process so simple and easy to understand. James mostly looked after me and he was a pleasure to speak to and so kind and friendly. I certainly won't need a new car for a while but I would definitely return to CTS in the future when I do. Thank you!
Fantastic experience with Coleraine trade sales would highly recommend them. This is our second car we have bought from them and have dealt with Tony both times. Both cars have been brilliant and this time they really 'knocked it out off the park' there was a few scratches on the car l was buying and they went and got the panels painted for me which just really made my day. Please give them a try they really won't disappoint you! We couldn't fault anything about our experience.
Within the last few weeks I have now purchased my second car from Coleraine Trade Sales first a Peugeot and now an Audi Q3 - customer service from all the team is second to none and they go above and beyond from the minute you walk in the yard to being handed the keys! Rhonda helped massively with finding the best finance suited to my needs and James has took care of getting the car ready and making a trade in both times seamless, as well as sorting any little niggles that I was picky over. Would 100% recommend and will continue to give them business myself.
Went to have a look at a nice dacia duster and James, Rhonda and Tony were very helpful and I now own the dacia duster if you're looking for a good car and helpful staff don't past Coleraine trade sales by you wouldn't be disappointed
