Curragh Van Sales used cars in Ballymena

So, it goes something like this-Curragh Van Sales put up a motor home for sale. I am interested in it so go and drive it. I want to buy it. I talk money to William and we almost agree a price. He undertakes to call me the next day with a final price..............two days later I call him to find out the price.....no answer....send him a text......no reply. Call him later-he says he was at the dentist-said he will call me back later in the day with the price.........nothing. I then ask a friend to call that night pretending to be interested in the motor home....William says yes dear, come and see it!! I then send a text to him asking him to come back to me about the deal as I am ready to buy and can't wait forever.............three days later, nothing! Can't understand why someone puts something up for sale, gets a buyer but refuses to sell it to them. Maybe it's because he thinks he is going to get more for it, which is strange considering he hadn't told me how much he wanted! The summer is getting shorter too. Perhaps anyone who knows William could explain to me, as he clearly has no intention of contacting me.....am just saying. The one star is for the fact that he accommodated me after hours.

This man (Willam) is a total time-waster Contacted him on 28/10/2020 in relation to a Vauxhall vivaro he had on website, I then rang him on 30/10/2020 and we talked about a deal on the van, he says come down in the morning and we will have a deal on this van Next morning I left Enniskillen as I had arranged to be at his yard just after 11am, I rang him 6 times on my way there but no answer to my calls, when I got to his yard after 11am, I asked him why he did not answer his phone, so he says he lost his phone last night and also he has sold the van last night that I had agreed to buy the day before, I had a two and half hours drive from Enniskillen to Ballymoney and he would not answer his phone or contact me that the van was( supposedly sold) He never gave me any apology or a reason why he led me on a wasted journey, I had to write this review as it may save some other person a 2 hour journey for nothing. I had to give 1 star for google to allow me to post review. BUT THAT WOULD BE A MINUS 100%

Gentleman to deal with,would highly recommend.Fantastic aftersales,would definitely purchase again.
