I'd definitely recommend Curtis Toyota Coleraine because they have a nice selection of clean and good quality cars, provide a friendly service and genuinely enjoy working with customers. Leslie was great to deal with...I didn't have to kick his shins too hard lol! Just collected my 2020 CHR today which was sitting like new 😁
Went to curtis Ballymena for a new key for my rav4.......treated appallingly by staff. Basically laughed at and told countless times " you need a new battery" no I do NOT need a new battery. I need a new key. I have paid £184 for a new key, it arrived back cut wrong! Now it needs to be reordered.....which I have been told won't happen! I'm out the money for sloppy service and treated like an idiot. I was also told the key was worn out! I've never heard such pathetic excuses and rubbish in my entire life...not to mention how I have been spoken to. Disgusting behaviour from curtis cars Ballymena. I expected better! Now I will be discussing this further with my legal team to recover my money.
Leslie at Curtis Cars steered us on the right track and we have ended up with a fantastic car at a good price! Very Happy! Friendly approachable dealer.
Very good service, I was more than pleased.
Leslie was lovely and charming. Felt at ease during every step of the transaction. The deal was sealed in an hours time, and I got the car the very next day. Will definitely recommend.
