We had a very positive experience. Neil was very accommodating as we needed to view and ultimately collect outside normal opening hours which he was very happy to do. He never made us feel rushed or under pressure to make a decision.
Professionnalism, warmth, personal touch. Great experience all along, thank you all!! Special thanks to Jonathan who is amazing and Neil who got me flowers.
