I just bought a second hand Sharan and had the pleasure of dealing with Michael Clarke. Right from 1st contact he gave us the incentive to travel up and view the car. As he wanted to give the car a full service and valet it was not available to take away there and then. He was very accommodating in arranging the car to be delivered and without asking provided a few extras to sweeten the deal. He is a credit to Desmond Motors and has great customer service.
Not good sorry . Totally let me down on service . All items marked green failed mot next day. Got the usual spin from a front desk worker when I requested management.. items marked done were not done .. disgrace
Offered £8,000 pounds less than market value of my car. Becareful !!!!
