James was absolutely excellent from the moment we called up till the very detailed handover at the end. His customer service was top tier and was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Pure gentleman and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a BYD. 10/10 😊
James looked after us throughout the whole process of buying a new car . He was very friendly, patient and willing to spend as much time as was needed to answer our queries and endless questions . Moreover he has an excellent knowledge of the brand and was able to explain and demonstrate the technical areas of the car before hand over . I would strongly recommend James as a great contact point for anyone considering this brand .
Amazing customer service from JP and James. On the day of collecting my new car, James spend extra time talking me through all the car features including setting up the BYD phone app, the digital key and showing me how to use the in-car technology.
