Having had a Lexus for over 10 years I wanted to check out what other car manufacturers had to offer. Went to Mercedes, Volvo etc. Decided to check out BYD. This was the only car I came back to see twice. Gavin Owens looked after me, he was enthusiastic about the vehicle but didn’t try to push me. The car did the talking, overall great experience. Delighted with my new Seal UDmi. Highly recommend.
Gavin was the representative who dealt with us at Donnellys ,he was more than helpful and explained clearly all details of the car we bought
My experience with BYD Donnellys Dungannon was excellent! Gavin in particular who was diligent, thorough and transparent at all times. This is my 6th new car and first time moving from my previous dealership and trying a new brand and I have to say it has not disappointed once! Highly recommend BYD, Donnellys and more importantly Gavin Owen!
Smooth sale. Gavin was brilliant. Efficient, friendly and very patient. Nothing was an effort.
My wife and I went to Donnelly’s BYD Dungannon to look at a BYD model with no intention of purchasing as we were researching other EV cars on the market at the time. We first met Gavin on entering their impressive BYD showroom. Straight away Gavin took time to explain the different models and the financials attaching to them, which also included a test drive. We were so impressed with Gavin and his professionalism that we decided to make a deposit on a Sealion 7 there and then. All in all we cannot speak too highly of the service we got from Gavin who has a very down to earth approach to sales and is totally customer focused . Cahir and Anna Healy Belfast
