Donnelly Group Enniskillen used cars in Enniskillen

Sean McCaffrey is absolutely a gentleman! Would highly recommend buying a car from him. From the start he answered all my questions and was quick to come back to my calls. Made the whole process of buying an electric car a breeze

Went to have a problem with my car seen too. They sorted it out in a couple of days, kept me informed. Friendly staff.

The staff are absolutely fantastic, quick for repairs and services. They're all so friendly to deal with

Thanks Again to Matthew ,Pat and all the team at Western Cars for sourcing our new car and all the hospitality shown to us Top Team

After dealing with Caroline I would give zero stars if possible. Terrible experience from start to finish. I find it hard to believe that CAROLINE who dealt with the Peugeot parts was actually trained to work with customers after her arrogant attitude and complete lack of interest for the needs of paying customers. I had an issue with my car that was meant to be replaced under warranty and Caroline refused for this to be done in enniskillen and said I had to go to Derry. How can my car be under warranty in Donnellys in Derry but not in enniskillen. (If this wasn’t the case, I was not informed) Only for the Derry Donnelly group who helped, I would be out nearly £700 because of her carelessness and inability to relay the correct information. I hope she doesn’t treat old people the same way we have been treated.
