Donnelly Group Motorstore Dungannon used cars in Dungannon

Amazed to read some of these 'great' reviews! Certainly not my recent experience when I went looking a new car. Called 1st into their Dungannon VW showroom to see the range, all cars locked so couldn't sit in or check boot etc. Just a window open to look in. No brochures either! Went round the complete range in the showroom - not a single salesperson appeared. Moved into their Seat showroom next door, got a salesman, sat in a few cars (wasn't offered a test run, just a demo of their reversing sensors). Selected a model, paid a deposit then told full details would follow by email. But only received an invoice, with little detail. Requested the full spec for the selected car and the next option up but only got a few lines by return and again little detail. Several phone calls and emails later I still hadn't received a full spec (2 weeks on). Have now cancelled my order and will deal elsewhere as I'm afraid the service in the future will be no better. I think Donnelly's would do well to invest the same attention in training their sales staff, learn to appreciate cash customers. Obviously more focus on having fancy Showrooms!

Bought a late 2020 Mercedes GLC 300 DE from Donnellys. I put a small deposit down to hold car until I got money from my own car that I had sold elsewhere as weather was bad and proper inspection was impossible. When I went back to purchase car I noticed scratches on passenger side of rear bumper and what I thought were a lot of barely visible small dots of paint all over front of car (even though salesman thought it wasstone chips). It took approx 5-6 weeks to get car in for work and on checking main issue i.e. rear bumper all looked okay (again it was raining). On returning home and after cleaning car I was shocked to see the whole front covered in blotches of paint where someone had obviously used a touchup brush to cover the minute dots in a totally amateur effort. I phoned and was told they would take blotches off and leave front as it was before work was done. It turned out salesman was off for 2 weeks which he didnt mention so I asked for manager and to be fair he did setup work and courtesy car within few days. However when I collected car again it still wasnt great and some blotches were still very noticeable. I said I thought car was in worse state than when I first bought it but he said they had done best they could. Hence this review as I dont think this response is in any way satisfactory.

The car was in 3 different time to get a part replaced and they tried to put damaged parts in and when trying to contact them they never answered the phone or call you back

Found a great wee car at a fair price here and staff were brilliant. Lovely .
