My family have being buying cars from Donnellys for over 30 years when Terrance and Raymond first joined, that relationship was ended in a few months by Gareth in Jaguar sales. From the beginning to the end we had to chase him, from trying to put the order in to trying to find out when it would be ready and even picking it up. We wanted the car ready to pick up on my Dad’s birthday otherwise we would have cancelled it and went to hursts but the car was a special order and took months to get. Gareth was lazy, unresponsive and probably the most arrogant sales guy I have ever dealt with. This was my 2nd bad experience with JLR Dungannon having bought an evoque from them before and ending up going to Agnews Volvo and buying an XC90 and I just couldn’t deal with Donnellys for a RR Sport. Their tactic of hard to get doesn’t work for me, I strangely prefer a pleasant customer experience with sales staff who genuinely want and appreciate you business.

We recently purchased a Jaguar F Pace from Donnelly Jaguar. John McKillion provided excellent customer service during the purchase process. Erika also greeted us with a smile and great coffee on every visit to the showroom.

Excellent after sales service, provided a quality courtesy car and staff were very pleasant at all times .

Never buy a car from here. Made an appointment drove for 45mins got to appointment was told the sales man Chris was with someone else and wouldn't be long 50 MINUTES LATER still no Chris and no one else came to see or help me, clearly didn't want to sell me the car and don't care about customers if that's how they treat people coming to buy a car how bad will the service be once you part with your money. Do your self a big favour go somewhere else with better customer service and with a company who want to sell you a car.
