Donnelly Motorstore Ballymena used cars in Ballymena

A big thank you to Conall at BYD Ballymena for such an informative and enjoyable experience. His enthusiasm for the BYD brand was clear to see, and it was obvious he had a deep understanding of both the cars and the company's history and innovation. Rather than simply listing features, he explained how everything worked and what made the brand different, which gave me a much better appreciation of the vehicles. Conall was engaging, patient and happy to answer every question, no matter how detailed. His knowledge and passion really stood out and made the visit memorable. He's a fantastic ambassador for the brand and a real asset to the dealership.

I recently purchased a car from Donnelly Motorstore Ballymena, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The trade-in process for my current car was incredibly easy and hassle-free. Ethan, who managed the sale, was friendly, professional, and prompt in answering all my questions—both during and after the sale. Overall, a fantastic and smooth experience.

Thanks a lot to Ethan at Donnelly! I was recommended him by a friend and he was great. Very helpful in finding me a car that suits my needs and getting me the best deal. I was able to trade my car in easily enough. Very easy purchase! Looking forward to dealing with him again in the future.
