Donnelly Motorstore Mallusk used cars in Newtownabbey

Great experience buying a car from the lads at the motor store Donnelly group. Service was exceptional from the first phone call through to sealing the deal. Zero pressure just help. Our new A7 is immaculate. Could not be happier. Michael was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed to be able to drive away worrying free and very happy. Very nice man and very easy to deal with. We will make sure and give himself and the lads there a call for our next upgrade.

Some of the most helpful and friendly staff when purchasing my car, would recommend to friends and family. Many thanks to the staff. All help and advice was massively appreciated, Maeve. Moment of thanks to Laura Beth of Donnelly Fiat mullusk. thank you ☺️

Had my car service here recently and they were very helpful and pleasant. They carried out the service efficiently and left the car very clean.

Be very careful. They are basically white collar criminals. Bought a van which basically didn't work and was mis-sold. Had to contact the finance company and a solicitor to even get some money off them. Basically had the van for 8 months and spent 4 month in their repair centre. Issue was fixed twice and still broke a 3rd time. They then got their solicitor involved who i think only had primary school education. Pretty much useless.. Ended up handing the vehicle back and went to another dealership. If you have been sold a vehicle by them and something is wrong, make sure to contact the finance company first if bought through finance. In addition when I asked for callback they said they would regarding the warranty and they basically give me cold shoulder and refused to follow up No doubt they'll respond to my review with please contact our customer support, the team that never contacted us again
