I dealt with Stephen McCartney right from my first tel enquiry & am pleased to say that he guided me from then on through to my final purchase in a most exemplary manner. He was always ready & patient on the telephone to answer my many(!) questions & at no point did I feel I was being a nuisance. As an 80+ year old first time automatic (as well as electric) driver I had many doubts as well as questions but at no point did I feel under any pressure to buy any vehicle from him. The handover was one of the best I have experienced- & there have been many! Stephen paired my Iphone with the Dacia Spring Extreme & explained everything patiently & in detail so that I was able to drive away - for the first time in an automatic- with confidence!
Lee is always very accommodating and helpful and always keeps me well informed with progress on my vehicle while I wait or if I had to leave vehicle
The service here was great! I spoke to Thomas first who helped me find a new car for myself. He was so lovely and not pushy at all, giving me all the info I needed to make a decision. When coming back to finalise payments I dealt with Chris. I had a great experience with him, so positive and honest. He checked up on any requests I had and made buying my new car a fun experience!
Had my car in for service yesterday, team were amazing. Enjoyed the coffee too! Will definitely be buying my next car from here.
