From ordering the car in May until collecting the car on 17/08/26, I was kept informed of were the car was etc, I didn't think I would have had the car so promptly.
Staff are all very polite to deal with and theyare great with communication and getting work done as fast as possible.
I had a very bad experience. I was told my car would be in for two and a half hours only to find it was it was 5 days before I could have it back. No communication from them unless I contacted them. Bad customer service
What a dealership should be. After not been taking seriously in other dealers I finally found these guys. Christopher kidd was my sales man, top bloke, easy worked with, Straight to the point, WITH NO BS! Just home with my new renault traffic and I'm absolutely chuffed.
Had a great experience with Dominic in Derry when buying my new vehicle. He was able to bring the car i wanted from another Donnelly branch which was so convenient for me and gave great service throughout being really attentive. Mark also stepped in when needed when Dominic was dealing with another customer which was very much appreciated. Loving the car and will be returning for future cars in the coming years
