Donnelly & Taggart Toyota used cars in Londonderry

Unfortunately are really bad service and sell because last year I budget car price was £11685 and told me we can do trade any time and we buy it from you in good price I drive just 5k miles after 10 months I don't want car i asked him to price it and buy it from me he offered me it £8000 just I went to another dealer offer me £10k because car on finance and need to clear balance is £9640 All good but I surprised the car not transferred in my name when I bought it from the dealer and car still on Dealer name or i don't know Sorry but it like scam and I am paying for car not in my name Anyway, we will see the law will say

UNHELPFUL Provided registration & Chassis number to Toyota Official eBay Store regarding replacement Yaris tail & fog light. Reply on 14-12-20 advised on parts required so ordered and they arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the tail light is not the correct one so messaged Toyota Official and also searched the UK customer service site who state “You can search, find and order genuine Toyota Parts & Accessories either at our official eBay store or at any Toyota Dealer. We’ve made it as convenient as possible for you to search, find, order and receive the genuine Toyota parts and accessories you want. And if you can’t find what you’re looking for, just get in touch and we’ll help” I then contacted Donnelly Toyota Parts Department & spoke to Brian. I explained the situation and confirmed part numbers as printed on boxes in order to ensure that if I reordered directly from Donnelly, I would not get the same parts again. Unbelievably he would not confirm the correct tail light part number but would only state after I read back the part numbers from the boxes that the fog light was correct, but the taillight was wrong. I asked him again to confirm the number of the taillight to which he replied “I don’t hand out part numbers” I am now in a desperate situation as the car is due MOT in 2 weeks’ time and am still awaiting a reply form Toyota Official eBay Store and got no help from Donnelly Toyota (who incidentally I have purchased 3 cars from previously)

Brilliant customer service, Toyota Technician was able to diagnose a issue on my car that a previous main dealer i bought the car off couldn't fix for 6 months! No issues with my car since, when im planning a upgrade on car Donnelly Group will be my first look before anywhere else.
