Thinking of changing my car and having had VW for the past 4 years, thought I'd call in and see what was on the market. Walked in on a Tuesday afternoon after chatting with the BYD salesman next door, to be greeted by no one. One guy was sitting with customers giving them service. Another sat in his office saw me and ignored me and the parts and service desk were very busy with someone having a very bad day with a car "that's not safe". Thought I'd give it a minute to catch up, went next door to Skoda and spoke with a lovely lady Claire who took the time to show me a couple options and then popped back into VW, the two gents saw me walk in and headed straight to the office, and the parts dept was still busy with the other folks being very thorough with their consumer rights. I have to admit I'm very impressed with the parts and service department who where so helpful to the people who were having a bad time, I wish I'd had people like that in my corner when BMW mechanic wrecked my 540i. Unfortunately my experience was very lacking.
