Delighted with my new car! Huge thanks to Alan for all his help. He was so friendly, informative and made the whole process really straightforward. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he was always happy to answer any questions I had. The customer service has been brilliant from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend buying a car here. Thanks again!

We spent months looking for the right car. Michael and Gavin had our best interests in hand and got us into the perfect car! So helpful and patient. We highly recommend this business

I had the misfortune of using this garage for a warranty repair on a new VW Crafter van, the van was diagnosed with an oil leak and diesel leak by VW assist, this garage had availability to complete the repairs. I was told the van required a replacement oil cooler, I reminded them about the diesel leak and emailed them, my van was returned and when I got it home I discovered it was still leaking diesel and that the oil level was at the minimum. The vehicle was returned by VW assist on a transporter. When I collected the van 5 days later they admitted they never originally looked at the diesel leak and hadn’t correctly topped up the oil. To make matters worse my front splitter was damaged, they didn’t want to know or assist in repairing it and referred me to VW assist. I will never use this dealer again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.
