Went into Dorvic for a small item and came out with a brand new Bailey 644. Proper good old customer service not pushy a pleasure to deal with. I had an issue with my new tow bar and Ian and Colin were super helpful in me getting it sorted with the fitter. Probably the best caravan dealer I have been in .
Very pleasant and helpful and also reasonably priced
Called into Dorvic while in neighbourhood - not expecting to stock a Dometic inflatable awning. How wrong was I. Not only was Ian able to provide me with excellent technical info on all aspects of an inflatable awning for a Motorhome …… he actually stocked the correct model for my motorhome. Not only that ……. the price was extremely competitive given the current delivery costs incurred post Brexit to NI. Purchased - and have test fitted to motorhome and am extremely happy. Ian - many thanks for straight forward good customer service.
Excellent place to buy your caravan, new or used, and anything caravan related. Bought ours here and have been getting it serviced regularly. The staff are always knowledgeable, competent, professional and courteous. Nothing is ever a problem and I find them very straightforward to deal with. They also have a well-stocked camping shop. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Very poor customer service almost confrontational. After spending hundreds through service original reported issue unresolved and new issue they potentially created. This attitude was despite giving them an opportunity and number of options to be reasonable. Full marks for deniability Dorvic but 0 points on customer service.
