Fantastic experience with Downeys KIA! We are absolutely loving our new Sportage Hybrid ♥️ Even though the car suffered some frustrating shipping delays at the port, the customer service was top-notch. Our sales exec, Phil, was brilliant at keeping us in the loop every step of the way, and the manager, Russell, was incredibly accommodating. They even loaned us a similar car for a couple of weeks to tide us over. It was completely unnecessary on their part as the delay wasn't their fault, but it was deeply appreciated. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone, and a special shoutout to Phil and Russell for going the extra mile! 🙌

Excellent customer service & lovely environment. Phil was a pleasure, extremely knowledgeable about all the cars in the range. He was patient and answered any questions we had without hesitation. He had fantastic communication with myself throughout the process both via email and phone calls. He made it an extremely easy, quick and fuss free experience for us. Couldn’t have asked for any better. The manager Russell came out to introduce himself, all the staff were very friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. We are over the moon with our new car and wouldn’t hesitate to return to purchase another car from Downeys in the future. Would highly recommend! 10/10
