Downtown Motors used cars in Ballymena

I bought a car from Eamon 5 months ago, he is a proper gentleman, easy to deal with and was very accommodating with any queries that I had. The car he sold me drives like a dream, I had some minor faults that I wanted resolved with the car before I bought it and they were done with no questions asked. I couldn’t recommend highly enough, you won’t be disappointed.

Eamon went above and beyond to help me, I was die to exchange my car and unfortunately it broke down the day before exchange ! Eamon not only sent his wife to pick me up from the train station ! He organised my car to be collected from the compound. Thanks for the tea and biscuits and advice on insurance etc. vw running well. God bless you all a very happy customer 🙏🏻

Eamon was so helpful. Sorted my son out with a great wee first car .would recommend Downtown Motors to everyone. Great local car dealer.

Downtown Motors are honestly the best. When my car was written off, Eamon lent me a car until my new car was ready. I don’t know any other dealers that would do that and as a single mum, this was an absolute life line. I have now bought two cars from Downtown and they are both brilliant. Buying a used car can be so stressful but knowing that anything I buy from them has been well prepared and any work has been done is a massive weight off. I will not buy from anyone else.

I purchased an Audi A4 from Eamon in mid February. Before the sale we’d discovered the timing belt needed changed and he was more than happy to do it for me. He delivered the car home to me and after a few weeks an engine light flagged up and I asked him if this would fall under the warranty. He checked it out and said there was just an EGR fault which he again sorted me with a courtesy car until mine was fully fixed again as well as giving my car a courtesy wash before I collected it again. I couldn’t fault him for anything at all and can only highly recommend him. I’m so chuffed with the service from Eamon, a real genuine gentleman who works completely for his customers. 100% recommendations from me☺️
