E J B Car Sales Ltd used cars in Coleraine

From Dublin I bought this car off Eamon after many videos and conversations. Eamon was even as kind to drive it to Dublin from his garage to me. Delighted with the car and it was as described by Eamon. After a small problem arose after collection, Eamon had no problem standing over it and taking car back to fix. He was in contact throughout without needing to be prompted. Really couldn't have asked for more. Have no issues recommending EJB or Eamon.

Really happy with EJB Car Sales, especially Eamon. I bought a Mercedes C250 from them in October 2024, the car was newly listed and yet to be readied for sale. There was possibly an issue with the engine when viewing that Eamon assured me would be sorted. I was informed at the time of purchase that it would be a week or so before the car was ready as it was newly listed, it needed a full valet, service and MOT. This was not an issue for me. Because the previous owner was a smoker, Eamon went above and beyond and even removed the seats to have the carpets washed. There were multiple things needed on the car prior to MOT such as new rear disks, break pads and tires. All were done and sorted and included in the purchase price. The engine was checked over and it was agreed that we would see if any issues occurred then they would sort it. An issue did occur with an engine management light and some loss off power. And I can't praise the service I received highly enough. Eamon took my car back and booked it in with the Mercedes independent specialist to have the issues resolved. All issues with the car were fixed and its driving like new. To say they have stood over the car and their warranty is an understatement. I have never had such good service or care from a car dealership. There was always good communication, fast responses and I was kept in the loop on everything from Eamon. I would buy again from EJB without question and would recommend anyone to purchase from them, safe in the knowledge that you'll be getting a good car that they will stand over.

My good lady bought a car from this company 4 months ago & there was a few issues to be resolved and after numerous texts to Eamon & him promising to get things resolved we're still waiting! The initial sale was fine but the after sales has been shocking and disappointing to say the least. When the car was bought Eamon assurred us he would do the paperwork and send the receipt via email but still waiting so as it's stands we paid a substantial amount of money to purchase a vehicle and to date haven't received any paperwork regarding payment, purchase or warranty! Eamon has promised all will be resolved but please don't take his word for it make sure to get it in writing.

Bought a car in Feb and after buying and finding out about a few issues was promised it would be sorted, 1st was window switch (took 3-4wks to be resolved) 2nd was a starting/injector issue and after (6-8wks to be sorted) in end i had injector damage from the 2nd visit back so decided it would be faster and easier to sort with my own mechanic and bare the cost myself. Eamon was always very friendly and easy to take the car back to fix but was very slow in giving any update on your vehicle while in his custody (I always had to call to find out)and even slower in resolving the actual problem.

I bought a premium used car which needed some minor (but expensive) warranty work carried out a few mths after purchase. Eamon sorted it with no quibble and did it quickly. He even took it to the main dealer to get a recall sorted as well. Outstanding service and a great car.
